It is guaranteed that our products will meet every customer's needs. Please read the content as follows. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased for some reason, we will be willing to return or change the products for you, or get you a refund.

Our procedure of goods return

Please contact our customer support via E-mail, phone calls or online chatting during our working hours. Our customer service will respond to your questions from 8:00 am to EST (current time) 8:00 pm. Sunglass hut USA team will offer you instrument according to your specific requirements.

  1. Please inform us of your request of refund or return or exchange within 14 days after you receive the goods. 
  2. All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery. 
  3. You have to bear the cost for us to redeliver goods if you want an exchange. 
  4. At any time, no commission charge is required for returns. 
  5. Payment means for refund: credit card, Western Union. 
  6. We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.


Cautions:
1.Customers need to return products to an appointed address. We will provide you with information of returns via E-mail. After receiving returned goods, we will arrange you a full refund.

Shipping, Handling and Processing Fees
Shipping, Handling & Processing charges are NOT refunded, and it is your responsibility to pay any shipping fees to return the item. Our Return Centers will refuse any packages requiring payment for freight or handling charges, unless an authorization was given. 

If you return an item because it is defective, it is not the item you ordered, or it was damaged in shipping, The Sunglass Store will credit all reasonable and customary freight charges. Our Returns Evaluation Department thoroughly inspects all returns to verify the product delivered was damaged or defective.

Exchange Shipping Fees

In the event of an exchange (for non-defective items), you will be responsible to pay the shipping, handling and processing fees to have your new exchanged item delivered to you. These fees can be billed to your credit card or taken by the Return Center at the time of your RAC # request. At the time of the transaction process, a customer support representative will notify you of the return shipping fees based on the product ordered and your shipping location.

Delivery

We are committed to improving our service and our customers' shopping experience. We use different methods of delivery because such application of different methods suitable for different countries and regions is able to make the time of transport as shortest as possible, and also assures the safety and convenience of the transport. We are able to deliver our goods to most countries in the world.

Under the normal circumstances, it takes us 1 or 2 days to process your order. After the goods are delivered, we will send the tracking number for your order to you through E-mail.

Delivery assured! If your goods are lost or checked, we will deliver them again.

Cautions:
If you provide us with a false address, we are not responsible for redelivering the goods.
